Pic 1: Gold Key Logo, Variant: Pic 2: Whitman Logo. The first tale in this issue, "The Old Woman's Journey," was written by John Warner, with art by Alberto Giolitti. Turok and Andar meet an old woman who is on her way to a "strange and beautiful" cave to die. They decide to accompany her, not only to protect her, but possibly to find a way out of Lost Valley. Then, Paul S. Newman writes "Betrayed," in which Turok and Andar rescue a young man. Andar is determined to help him get back to his people, but he turns out to be a spy sent by his tribe to steal the strangers' secrets of fire and poison arrows.
